7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
  • However, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
